How your journey time can be affected between Heathrow & Gatwick

Travellers between Heathrow and Gatwick , it is advised that you allow extra 20 mins for your journey time.

The previous journey time between the airports was 1 hour, due to the road works it now is 1 hour and 20 mins.

Travellers from Heathrow to Gatwick: there are current major road works on M25 motorway between junctions 11 and 10

Travellers from Gatwick to Heathrow the same procedure is advised, there are road works again on junction 10 to 11

And also at certain junctions the speed limit is reduced to 50 mph. which will affect the overall journey time.
