1. RATES AND CHARGES
1.1 All prices include applicable taxes.
1.2 Meet & Greet at the airport arrival gates is included. The driver will display a name board.
1.3 30 minutes of free waiting time is included for airport pickups.
1.4 Quotations are valid for 30 days and include meet & greet, 30 minutes of airport parking. Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion.
2.Airport Meet & Greet & Waiting Time Policy
2.1 No charge for flight delays.
2.2 30 minutes of free waiting time after scheduled pickup time.
Example: If your flight lands at 13:00 and you request pickup at 14:00, the driver will wait until 14:30 at no charge. After that, the following fees apply:

2.3 If you can’t locate your driver, call us immediately. Leaving the terminal without contact will be considered a no-show.

3. GENERAL TERMS
3.1 HGT is not liable for missed flights or sailings due to delays.
3.2 No responsibility for indirect losses such as missed connections or loss of earnings.
3.3 Maximum liability is limited to the fare paid. Further refunds are at our discretion.
3.4 HGT is not responsible for lost or damaged items. We will assist in returning found items, with postage and packaging at your cost.
3.5 All vehicles are non-smoking.
3.6 6 Valeting fee of £70 applies for vehicle fouling (vomiting, spills, etc.).
3.7 Route change requests from the passenger will incur a surcharge of £2.00 per mile.
3.8 Pets are allowed in approved vehicles. A £20.00 cleaning fee applies. Pets must be secured in a crate or harness.
3.9 9 A £15 excess luggage fee may apply at driver discretion if items exceed standard capacity.

5. BOOKING CANCELLATION CHARGES

5.1 Free cancellation 12+ hours before transfer; a £10.00 admin fee applies for card refunds.
5.2 50% fee if cancelled 6–12 hours before transfer.
5.3 100% fee if cancelled less than 6 hours before transfer.
5.4 Refunds processed within 5 working days.
6. No-Show Policy
6.1 Failure to appear without notifying us will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

This policy is in place to safeguard against no-shows where drivers are required to travel significant distances without confirmation of passenger presence.
